Delivery time is so much faster for the online shop... Will our orders be getting processed any quicker then?

I have no information at all on the online shop. Sorry. Hopefully Megan will up date everyone this week.

Just remember, when someone orders from online they are ordering a few thing for themselves, when Reps order they order for anything from 5 to 50 people so of course it would take longer to process our orders.

The turn around time frame has always been 5 working days, so if you place an order on a monday it should be sent out by the following monday (office is shut fridays), then you need to allow postage time. Of course this doesn't include peak periods (Easter/Christmas).

Of course, there is times when this doesn't happen for many reasons. Sometimes for the simple reason that a customers credit card has not gone through. Orders are usually not posted until all payments are processed. This is why it is so important to check the credit card numbers against the card.

That site is not the official site, it is a test site.

The online shop should be going live this weekend. And will be launched to our contact list next week.

So, if it goes live this week, hopefully you can let your customers know by the end of next week. No doubt you will want to wait til you get your referral code before your customers sign up.

From what I gather (still haven't had a change to sit down with Megan) all Reps will get a referral code and when a customer uses our code we get a commission.

I will not be putting the link up on facebook until I have Megans permission, so keep an eye out on the facebook page on Thursday.

We have a technical glitch with the postage calculator but that is being sorted.

The reason for the delay - the IT guys wife had her baby two weeks early! Lol

I think the website looks great!!! Super excited about it all starting!!!

I am still a little unclear though on how it's all going to work (even after reading the 6 page brief).

Just wondering, if our customers discover the online shop themselves, how will we know that they're ordering so that we can then let you know that they are our customers???

Also, is there an ETA of when we will receive our Rep Codes?? Just keen to advertise that it's coming on board and give customers my code before it all begins that's all .

I am about to head out so will answer properly later.

At the moment the shop is just for customers, it will be set up for Reps to order at a later date. (no idea on the ETA of this)

If customers find the shop themselves and don't put a code in - not sure. I have only skimmed the 6 page doc will read it properly later. Mainly cos I have info in my head that Megan told me and I need to make sure it is in the doc cos I am not at liberty to announce some things.

Rep codes have been done, not sure when they will be released, I can check that on Thursday. The codes won't kick in until July, I think it says in the release.

The Rep codes are now up on the reps page.

Any questions not answered in the brief need to be emailed to Jacqui (admin@) and they will be compiled and answered on the next shop update.

The link for the shop is not up on the CA website at the moment. Not sure why, will put it on my list of questions! lol

It is an excel document, I double checked it when I loaded it (I am still learning how to use that program) lol

It works on my home and work computer so not sure why it isn't working for you.

I asked Megan about the link on the website to the online shop. It will not be linked up until the shop is fully functioning. ie,the reps will get commission.

At this stage it is trial mode only. We have let people know by our mailing list and facebook - that is all. Once it is fully functioning we will be advertising more no doubt. That is also no doubt when all the Reps will start plugging it.

She knows people are not going to advertise it until we (the reps) will benefit. However we have a lot of people on the mailing list and facebook that do not have a local rep.

One another note - loads more products are being uploaded to the page. I did most if it today, the images will go up in the next few days.

The online shop is shaping up nicely. We are sorting out a lot of "back of house" issues but it is set to launch on the 1st even if we have to lock the IT guy in the office.

Megan, Jacqui and I had a meeting on Thursday to discuss what the Reps need to know and this and more will be up on the Reps page later next week.
