Facebook Group??

Hi Michelle & Everyone,

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts are about having a FB group instead of this Forum (or in addition to?). I just find that it's easier to follow the flow of and we can load pictures etc.....

Not sure if HO would be keen to maintain it, but it would be really helpful I think if we had one.

What does everyone else think???

we had one in the past, it is still there but it is a closed group and I am the only member! lol I didn't delete it because there was some good info on there.

We found that it was hard to keep track of information so people were repeating stuff and we lost some stuff etc.. facebook has changed now with the timeline so it might work better now, especially with the search function.

I can see if it is ok to re start the facebook page if that is what people prefer. I already maintain this page plus the CA facebook page and the freckleberry page so another one is not that much trouble! lol

I for one would be THRILLED if we could resurect it Michelle!!

I am the first to admit that I am a bit slow on these computer programs - I personally find facebook a little easier but am happy with either.

I haven't spoken to Megan about it but have re-opened the facebook page. Hardly anyone comes on here anyway.

The page is old, nothing since 2010 so a lot of the info may not be relevant anymore but could be an interesting read.

It is a 'secret' group - so you need to apply to be a member and it doesn't show up on your newsfeed for others to view as far as I know. Not that there is anything to hide but it is a work based page and the public don't need to know behind the scenes stuff.
